1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Raaf-Tech Enterprise website at raaf-tech.com ("the Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Raaf-Tech Enterprise is a UK-based wholesale distribution business. These Terms apply to trade buyers, retailers, and business customers only.
2. Account Registration
To place orders, you must register for a trade account. Account registration is open to business customers — no approval is required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Raaf-Tech Enterprise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
We offer tiered pricing based on order volume and customer account level. Bulk pricing is applied automatically at checkout once minimum order quantities are met.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards (via Stripe)
- Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS)
- Bank transfer (BACS) — subject to cleared funds before dispatch
4. Orders and Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to individual products and are displayed on each product listing. Orders below the stated MOQ may not be accepted.
Free next-day delivery applies to mainland UK orders over £500 (excluding VAT). Orders below this threshold may be subject to a delivery charge.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm on business days for next-day delivery to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands may take longer and may incur additional charges.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Raaf-Tech Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raaf-Tech Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
